Molly is a Behavioral Health Therapist, Oncology for Life with Cancer at Inova Alexandria Hospital, providing counseling, psychoeducation, and resources to meet the unique needs of the individuals with whom she works. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Molly’s previous clinical experience includes working across Inova’s Inpatient Behavioral Health Services supporting adults and adolescents seeking comprehensive mental health treatment, and she joined Life with Cancer and Inova Saville Cancer Screening and Prevention Center in 2022. Molly has facilitated groups based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skill development, in addition to talk therapy to support patients in their emotional processing. Molly is honored to partner with patients to help them identify personalized coping strategies.
