"I'm Cured, Now What? Teen & Young Adult Survivors of Childhood Cancer" Conference
For teens, 17+ and young adult survivors diagnosed before the age of 18, and their parents: The theme for this 9th annual event is "Finding Health and Hope After Treatment." This all day conference focuses on long term effects and how to stay healthy, with speakers and break-outs on nutrition, mindfulness strategies, resources for college, insurance, and more. $1000 college scholarships will be awarded to 18 recipients! Cost: free. Breakfast, lunch & a "Smoothie Workshop" will be provided.
