Life with Cancer weather policy:
Patient and Family Education
Life with Cancer’s Nurse Educators will take you step-by-step through your journey by explaining your treatment plan and procedures you may receive, and giving you tips on how to manage common side-effects. We also will help you formulate questions to bring back to your healthcare team, and if necessary, consult with your physician on your behalf. Our Nurse Educators can also give you detailed information on nutrition during cancer treatment, fertility, complementary approaches, and many other topics that may surface along the way.
Our services include one-on-one consultations, family meetings to answer questions, educational classes, and community presentations. (Educational consults are also available in Spanish.) Please visit our Resource Center for additional helpful resources.
